Supports ongoing academic success and persistence through graduation by leading specialized retention initiatives and programs. Utilizes early alert systems and institutional data to design large-scale intervention plans. Oversees a team of Student Success Specialists who are each embedded in a specific academic college. May work directly with a cohort of students to provide holistic student success support through developing academic development plans, providing resource referrals, and assisting with academic and career goal setting. The Lead Student Success Specialist position is currently restricted for use in Academic Innovation & Student Success. |
