Provides specialized retention outreach and support services to students and serves as an Academic First Responder to at-risk students. Communicates with students digitally and in-person to provide holistic student support including academic development plans, resource referrals, and academic and career goal setting . Works directly with an academic college and participates in ongoing training and professional development to effectively support student success. The Student Success Specialist position is currently restricted for use in Academic Innovation & Student Success. |
