Performs complex personal life coaching, resource identification and referral, professional development, and other training with individuals and programs. Performance is based on individual effectiveness as well as overall program results obtained. Work is performed with minimal supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures. The University Life Coaching position is restricted to use within the department of University Coaching & Student Achievement. |
| Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree required plus three years progressively responsible advising, counseling, or coaching experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Must be certified through the ICF as an ACC |
