Apparel Design & Manufacturing

Immerse yourself in the apparel design, manufacturing, and retail industries of Japan and Vietnam. Students will experience visits to a wide variety of fashion sites, from renowned flagship stores and apparel factories to the Phung Xa Commune, homeland of artisans and lotus silk in Vietnam. Participate in a hands-on dyeing workshop, a cultural cooking class, and see the birthplace of Japanese streetwear, Harajuku. This journey offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with cultural insights, enriching your perspective on global fashion.
