This course provides an overview of the laws and policies governing the ownership, development, and management of natural resources, including water, oil and gas, wind, and solar energy. It also examines legal issues related to land ownership and wildlife conservation. In addition, we will explore the roles of state and federal agencies responsible for regulating natural resources and analyze their administrative processes.
