About the Course
- What: This is for Recent Graduates in Rural Practice who wishes they had been taught more in vet school, struggles to manage disagreements, wishes they had guidance in managing cases for clients who are financially constrained, finds it stressful to provide feedback to technicians and more.
- Topics: Client communication, delivering and receiving feedback, personal wellbeing skills, conflict negotiation, evidence based veterinary medicine in rural practice, spectrum of care and client finiancial restrictions communication, managing the veterinary team, mentorship, culture of rural practice, and staying healthy and achieving career longevity
