We perform diverse single-cell and –omics analyses to decipher the similarities and differences in mammalian cancers’ pathogenesis and treatment response at the molecular level.

We aim to develop animal patient-derived cell line cultures, assays, and organoids that are critical tools for comparative cancer research.

We are developing pipelines to streamline publicly available as well as our own data analysis tools to help leverage immense data resources, including publicly available databases, such as TCGA and CCLE, and our own.
