As temperatures seem to roller coaster throughout the winter season, construction crews put scaffolding in place and begin the complex task of positioning the weighty pieces that make the new two-story tower's facade going up just outside Texas Tech's College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Dean's Office on the northwest corner of the Goddard building. The tower is being built by Vaughn Construction.
