Established in 2015 by the Estate of Marilyn Harper of Anton, Texas to provide scholarships to students participating on the Meat Judging Team in their second semester of commitment to the team. Preference is given to students who show a true commitment to the team. The same students can receive the scholarship in their third semester, as long as they remain active members of the team.
