The Panhandle South Plains Fair Scholarship was established in 1978 by Herbert Higgs and the Panhandle South Plains Fair Scholarship Association. Scholarships are available to students enrolled in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources who show qualities of leadership, citizenship and character.

The Parker Family Foundation Scholarship was established by the Parker Family Foundation in 1978. The scholarship is awarded to entering freshman majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Preference is given to students from a high school in Clay County or counties surrounding Clay County.

The J. W. Payton Scholarship was established by Tom and Terry Payton in 2002. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Preference will be given to students from Southland, Post and Garza County.

The Pearson Family Scholarship Endowment was established by Bob and Jaclyn Pearson in 2011. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Preference will be given to students from Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Hansford and Sherman County.

The Stella M. Ray Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by Phillip A. Ray in 2006. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students in the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The recipient must complete the Gateway program during the first summer session, major in Agricultural Communications, be a Texas or Louisiana resident and a U. S. citizen.
