Vice Provost

Brian Still, professor of technical communication, was officially appointed by the Office of the Provost as Vice Provost for eLearning & Academic Partnerships, effective Jan. 2, 2023, after serving as Interim Vice Provost since June of 2022.

Robert Bayard, Ed.D.
Superintendent

Robert Bayard brings more than 20 years of experience in public education to his role as superintendent of Texas Tech K-12, a district focused on serving students whose needs may not be met in traditional settings.

Braxton Allison, M.A.
Principal

Braxton Allison received his bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University in 2010, and he has spent nine years in education.

Cari Moye, Ed.D.
Principal of Recruitment, Investment, Strategic Partnerships & Pathways and Engagement

Cari Moye leads Recruitment, Investment, Strategic Partnerships & Pathways and Engagement for Texas Tech K-12. After graduating from Texas Tech and Wayland Baptist University, she taught kindergarten, second and fourth grade.

Keetha Chadwick, M.Ed.
Director of Assessment & Accountability

Keetha Chadwick is the director of assessment and accountability for Texas Tech K-12. She graduated from Texas A&M University with her bachelor's degree in education and then obtained her master's degree in educational leadership from Stephen F. Austin University.

Brittany Sikes, M.B.A.
Finance Director

Brittany Sikes is the finance director for Texas Tech K-12. She has been at Texas Tech since December 2020, serving in a few different capacities in finance for Texas Tech Online and Texas Tech K-12.

Hi! I’m Samantha Dillard—most people just call me Sam. I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and always knew I’d be a Red Raider. Today, I proudly hold a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University—hands down the best university in the nation!

Marissa Sanchez
Associate Director of Technology Support

Marissa is the associate director of technology support for Texas Tech K-12, where she oversees the student information system and learning management system. She provides day-to-day operational support and technical assistance for staff, students and parents. Marissa also collaborates with colleagues to develop and refine goals, processes and policies.

Michelle Cannon
Executive Admin Assistant to the Superintendent
