You’ve received this error because your eRaider status indicates you are not eligible for off-campus access to the Texas Tech University Libraries’ online resources.

Due to licensing agreements with our providers, off-campus access to online resources is restricted to currently enrolled students, faculty, staff, and authorized associates of Texas Tech University. Authorized associates—including Emeritus faculty, TTU Costa Rica faculty, Research Associates, Visiting Scholars, and Adjunct faculty who are scheduled to teach in an upcoming semester—must request off-campus access privileges by completing the Off-Campus Access Request Form.
