What We Do
User Experience works to enhance your experience using the Library. We study Library users' needs and expectations to give insight and guidance to improvements for our services and spaces. We collaborate with departments and teams to study Library users' expectations, needs, and preferences using various UX research methods, including focus groups, interviews, usability tests, surveys and observations. We also coordinate the Library Student Advisory Board that obtains input from students about Library services, spaces and events.
We'd like to hear from you
Currently, we are inviting volunteers to assist us by offering their time and perspective from a distance. Volunteer for future studies. We'll email you the next time we need participants for user research projects such as focus groups, usability studies, and surveys. All students may participate.
