Every month, we choose an area of Library services to ask you about. This month, we'd like your feedback on the mobile charging stations in the Library. This survey will take about 5 minutes or less to complete.
Survey: Library Charging Stations
The User Experience unit works to enhance your experience using our Library services and spaces. We collaborate with departments and teams to study Library users' expectations, needs, and preferences using various UX research methods, including focus groups, interviews, usability tests, surveys and observations. Our goal in analyzing the data is to provide insight and guidance that leads to user-centered improvements. We coordinate the Library Student Advisory Board that obtains input from students about Library services, spaces and events.
