User Experience works to enhance your experience using the Library. We study Library
users' needs and expectations to give insight and guidance to improvements for our
services and spaces. We collaborate with departments and teams to study Library users'
expectations, needs, and preferences using UX research methods, including focus groups,
interviews, usability tests, surveys, and observations.
