Director of Political Affairs
Caleb Richardson is a junior Energy Commerce major graduating in May of 2018. He is from a small town in West Texas called Ropes, a third-generation legacy of Texas Tech University. He is currently serving as the Director of Political Affairs for the 53rd Session of Texas Tech Student Government Association. His responsibilities include handling lobbying efforts for Texas Tech in National and State Legislatures, planning and managing the Big 12 Student Government Conference in Fall 2017. With a passion for politics, he knows he can make a difference for Texas Tech Students lobbying on their behalf in Austin and Washington, D.C. Caleb previously represented the students of the Rawls College of Business as a Senator. He is a part of organizations such as Rawls Business Leadership Program, Rawls Ambassadors, and Energy Commerce Association. He currently works part-time with the Texas Tech Football Organization on the video crew. He chose Texas Tech because of the priceless education and the great people he interacts with daily.
