  •  Two (2) Advisors
  • Twenty-Three (23) Members
  • Each member will be assigned to a mentor who works in the office as the following:
    • Student Body President (4)
    • Internal Vice President (4)
    • External Vice President (4)
    • Graduate Vice President (4)
    • Journal Clerk (3)
    • Chief of Staff (2)
    • Director of Public Media and Communications (1)
    • Director of Government Relations (1)

Duties/Requirements

  • Applicants must be a first-year student at Texas Tech University
  • Each member will be required to complete two (2) office hours a week that must be completed during regular office hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM).
  • Each member will be required to attend Bi-Weekly Senate Meetings.

Selection Process and Important Dates

  • Application deadline: September 5th at 11:59 PM
  • Interviews: September 10th - 12th
  • Final interview: September 18th
