Many of our mares were given to the program through generous donations. Without support such as this, it would be difficult to offer a quality 'hands on' education to the students. The mares at TTU are generally from area ranches such as the Pitchfork Land and Cattle Ranch, the Benny Gilbert Ranch, and the Spade Ranch.

The foals out of TTU mares are by the stallions that stand a TTU. Usually the foals are sold to the public either via private contract or consignment in a sale. Check out the Horses for Sale tab on this web site to see what is available.
