Bobby Urrutia is a full-time Lecturer of Special Populations in the Department of Teacher Education. Prior to coming to Texas Tech, he was an elementary school principal, instructional coach and special education teacher.
Bobby is currently working on an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
