The Cutting Edge

The Cutting Edge in room 150 of the College of Education provides teacher candidates with all the essentials needed to prepare an interactive classroom. Students have access to textbooks, certification preparation materials, laminating machines, die-cuts, and various creative supplies to assist in completing assignments throughout the course of their studies.

The College of Education is home to the Sitton-Burkhart Reading Room, which houses the largest children's library in the Southwest as well a complete Caldecott collection. Classes are often held in the Reading Room, especially children's literature classes.
