International Week 2025 Study Abroad Alumni Reception RSVP

Texas Tech International Affairs and Study Abroad are excited to invite you to the 2025 Study Abroad Alumni Reception! This is a come and go event where you are welcome to pick up your medal, enjoy a cupcake, take some selfies, and then join us for the Study Abroad and My Hometown Photo Exhibit. 

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025
3 PM - 5PM
International Cultural Center
601 Indiana Avenue, Lubbock, Texas, 79409

Please note, we will only be giving medals to students who are graduating in the following terms:

• December 2025
• May 2026
• August 2026

Students who are graduating at a later date will be invited to attend the alumni ceremony next October. 

Students who are unable to attend the event but are graduating in the correct terms will be able to submit a request to pick up their medal on and after October 23, 2025. 

Please RSVP below. We will be confirming your graduation date before we can give you your medal. Please bring a photo ID to the event to get your medal.
