The Student Counseling Center (SCC) serves as a doctoral internship training site accredited by the American Psychological Association and is a participating member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) and the Association of Counseling Center Training Agencies (ACCTA). The doctoral internship in professional psychology is a comprehensive program that integrates didactic learning with clinical experience. The SCC provides training for four full-time doctoral interns per academic year.
