Architecture & Design Learning Center

The Architecture & Design Learning Community (ADLC) is a unique living environment offered by Texas Tech University and the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This community is set aside within the Hulen/Clement complex and is exclusive to architecture and design majors.

Live among your peers

In this immersive learning environment, students live and work with each other—extending their educational experience beyond the classroom. You'll make great friends—and maybe even future colleagues—who will encourage your academic, professional, and personal interests and also understand the rigors of the program.

Surround yourself with resources

You'll have access to a studio space with AutoCAD software as well as room for modeling and drafting. Unlike typical residential halls, the Community Advisors (CAs) in the ADLC are available to assist its residents with course questions and project help, such as model building and software assistance.

Residency in the ADLC is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Other residential complexes are available for student housing as well.
