
Jarren Amaro earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Spring 2024), Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Architecture (May 2026) from Texas Tech University Huckabee College of Architecture (HCOA), along with a Certification in Design Computation and Fabrication. While at the HCOA, he served as a teaching assistant for first-year architecture studios and received numerous awards recognizing his abilities in design.
Jarren was selected among other qualified students based on his GPA and an exceptional portfolio and essay. Equipped with leadership and resource management skills through his educational background, Jarren has navigated all phases of design from theory to built reality while developing multidisciplinary expertise in architecture, engineering, and business. Jarren seeks to engage architecture both as a discipline and responsibility, combining his interests in sustainable construction materials and energy-efficient structures to explore the intersection of architecture, art, and technology.
