General Graduate Scholarship for those who complete 10 hours of service-learning/civic engagement/volunteer work each semester in the College of Education as determined by the dean

Katherine Evans Walton Memorial Scholarship Endowment

For graduate students in the College of Education who have been admitted to a graduate program. A 3.0 GPA is required. Financial need may be considered. Amounts may be varied.

Owen and Shirley Caskey Scholarship

Scholarship is for qualified PhD students in the College of Education. Funding for an individual student may continue for a period of no longer than 3 years. Criteria for selection determined by the College of Education Scholarship Committee.

Lisa Griffin Bliss Scholarship

Graduate scholarships in the College of Education with preference given to a current classroom teacher from West Texas who is pursuing a master's or doctoral degree. When possible, preference should also be given to a student interested in technology.

Helen Devitt Jones Fellowship in Education Endowment

To graduate students in the College of Education who are either pursuing their doctoral degree or master's degree with intent to pursue a doctoral degree. Students enrolled full-time including online courses are eligible. Awards to be administered by the Dean's Office or a fellowship committee appointed by the Dean. Recipients are reviewed annually and awards may be renewed based on satisfactory progress to degree completion. Minimum awards of $6,000 and a maximum of $10,000 per student per academic year. Future number and amount of awards may be adjusted based on the earnings, cost of education, and other factors.
