Chambers is an associate professor of practice in the College of Media and Communication (CoMC). As associate department chair and the former director of business communication, Chambers has regularly mentored faculty in instruction, curriculum, and professional growth. In addition, she regularly contributes to CoMC's ProfDev group, which connects professors of practice and lecturers to discuss pedagogy, work-life balance, and development. Chambers teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in media entrepreneurship, consulting, media management, corporate communication, and branding. She has participated in TTU's President's Leadership Institute and has been a fellow in the Service Learning, TeMPO, and TEACH programs sponsored by the Teaching Learning and Professional Development Center. In addition, she's spent almost 30 years working in the advertising, marketing, and public relations industries.
