Travis Boothe serves as an executive director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Group. He specializes in guiding clients through office relocations, lease renewals, and subleases. Leveraging his extensive market knowledge and thorough due diligence, Travis helps clients identify strategic opportunities for their facilities. His expertise includes evaluating current and alternative buildings, conducting financial analysis and forecasting, and negotiating favorable financial terms and concessions.

With over a decade and a half of experience in real estate, Travis has successfully managed more than 500 transactions, encompassing over 6 million square feet and totaling over $800 million in value.

Travis received a BBA in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Tech University in 2010.  Travis now lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Jordyn.
