Travis Boothe serves as an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Group. He brings more than 16 years of real estate experience, advising clients on portfolio strategies that include office relocations, renewals, and subleases. Travis combines deep market knowledge with thorough due diligence to identify strategic opportunities for clients across Dallas-Fort Worth and around the world. His expertise spans evaluating current and alternative buildings, delivering financial analysis and forecasting, and negotiating strong economic terms and concessions. Over his career, he has guided more than 600 transactions covering over 7 million square feet and exceeding 1.2 billion dollars in value. Travis earned his BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business in 2010. During his time at Texas Tech, he was an active member of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) and served as chapter president in his senior year. He now lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Jordyn. Outside of work, Travis is a devoted Red Raider sports fan and enjoys golfing and skiing.
