The Scovell Business Leadership Program
Where Ambition Meets Action.
The Scovell Business Leadership Program (SBLP) is a transformative experience designed
for students who are ready to grow, push their limits, and make a meaningful impact.
Through personalized mentorship, hands-on projects, global opportunities, and a supportive
community of leaders, students uncover their strengths, broaden their perspectives,
and gain the confidence to lead with purpose—on campus, in their careers, and beyond.
Founded in 2013 as the Rawls Business Leadership Program and renamed in 2019 to honor
the Scovell family's generous contributions to Rawls College, SBLP develops “complete
students” who combine academic excellence with real-world experience to become innovative
and ethical leaders.
Open to all business majors, SBLP students engage in industry-based consulting projects,
explore international experiences, and receive one-on-one guidance from experienced
mentors—preparing them to lead with impact wherever their ambitions take them.

Applications for first-year, transfer, and current Rawls students entering the Scovell Business Leadership Program in Fall 2027 will open on October 15. Applications are due by February 15.
