Program Overview

The Scovell Business Leadership Program develops high-potential students into ethical, confident leaders through a selective, cohort-based experience that blends academic excellence with hands-on leadership development. This invitation-only program is designed to:

• Develop well-rounded, ethical business leaders by combining strong academic foundations with real-world leadership experiences and values-based learning.
• Provide hands-on leadership development opportunities, such as industry consulting projects, mentoring relationships with professionals, and workshops with executives.
• Expand students’ global and practical business perspective through international travel, service-learning, and experiential learning beyond the classroom.
