Zarmin Hussain is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Legal Studies. She is a Cum Laude graduate from Ridge Point High School and a student body president representative. Among with Student Government Association, she is a President and Dean list recipient and part of organizations such as Robotics and Advance Tech Society as well as Raider Space Exploration. She has always had an admiration for mathematics and physics; her fascination to find multiple solutions to a particular problem grew from there. With that, she would like to utilize her creativity to help make a greater change for the future with the right tools and innovations. She also has hopes of attending law school in the future to see how far she can expand her knowledge and capabilities.

Texas Tech University is a place that enlightened a specific spark in Zarmin. When she first visited the college, it was just to see how mesmerizing it really was. A dream soon became a reality in her eyes and that is when she knew it was a destiny meant to be. It is the one part of her entire life she wouldn't trade for and a beautiful path that began a beautiful journey of its own.
