Retaking an Exam

If you are not successful on your first attempt, you will meet with your Site Coordinator or Testing Coach to review your exam results. Using the prior attempt, you will create a study plan to be approved by the Testing Coach. Once benchmarks for reapproval are met, a request for approval will be sent to the certification office. There is a 30-day waiting period between each exam attempt.
