Energy Commerce Association

The Energy Commerce Association (ECA) is a student-led organization designed to educate and connect its members in association with all facets of the energy industry.  In connection with the Center for Energy Commerce, ECA provides its members with opportunities to hear guest speakers and attend member socials throughout the fall and spring semesters.  

Membership Requirements:

Associate Member

  • Students who have declared ENCO but are not eligible to begin ENCO courses.
    • Freshman will be able to join spring of their freshman year provided they have a minimum 3.0 GPA
    • Sophomores who change majors to ENCO during the middle of the semester are also eligible to join as associate members
  • Reduced dues ($50/year)
  • No required attendance at ECA meetings (but welcome as long you register beforehand)
  • Available to attend all socials
  • Conversion to full-time
    • Must attend Boot Camp as a sophomore

Full-time Member

  • Enrolled in ENCO courses OR eligible sophomores
  • Must maintain good standing with RCOBA and ENCO (GPA, etc.)
  • Increased dues ($100/year)
  • Required attendance to ECA meetings
  • Available to attend all socials
