Austin Reynolds is the Managing Principal and Founder of Reserve Street Property Company, a privately held real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth. Specializing in Class A shallow bay industrial real estate, Reserve Street oversees all aspects of the development process, including entitlements, brokerage, and consulting services.

Reynolds brings over 18 years of experience in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of logistics properties. Prior to founding Reserve Street, he held leadership positions with several prominent real estate firms, including Hillwood Investment Properties, Link Industrial, Gramercy Property Trust, and USAA Real Estate Company. Across these roles, he led more than $5 billion in transactions across major U.S. markets.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA, Reynolds holds a real estate broker license in Texas. He resides in Southlake, Texas, with his family and is actively involved in civic and youth organizations, including service on the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission and the board of Dragon Youth Baseball.
