Brad Moynihan serves as Senior Vice President at Marble Capital, where he focuses on sourcing and evaluating new fund investments. With over $4.5 billion in transactional experience, he has worked across the capital stack and various geographies. Brad’s extensive background in commercial real estate includes roles in equity placement, debt originations, asset acquisitions, portfolio strategy, and asset management.

Prior to joining Marble Capital, Brad held leadership roles at O.H. Advisors, Phoenix Capital Partners, and General Electric. His tenure at GE included time spent abroad in Europe and Asia, expanding his global investment expertise. Throughout his career, Brad has been recognized for his strategic insight and ability to deliver results across diverse real estate sectors.

Brad earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University. As a proud Red Raider, he remains actively engaged with the Rawls College of Business and the broader Texas Tech alumni network.
