Chris Cassidy serves as Executive Director and Senior Client Executive in the Real Estate Banking Group at JPMorgan Chase, where he manages a $1 billion real estate-secured portfolio for leading commercial real estate firms across Texas. Based in Dallas, Chris is responsible for structuring and pricing a wide range of project finance debt solutions, including construction loans, term loans, bridge loans, and subscription facilities. His expertise spans multifamily, office, retail, and industrial asset classes.

Prior to joining JPMorgan in 2010, Chris held leadership and credit roles at Citibank, where he served as Vice President and Relationship Manager for commercial real estate finance and asset management. His career has taken him to several of the country’s largest markets, including New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Austin, before returning to Texas.

Chris earned his BBA in Finance (2002), JD, and MBA (2005) from Texas Tech University, where he was a member of the varsity men’s basketball team and a Presidential Scholarship recipient. He remains deeply engaged in the Red Raider community and is a strong supporter of the Center for Real Estate.

Outside of work, Chris serves as president of the board of Youth 180 and is a founding board member of Coaches and Friends for the Military. He is also a member of The Real Estate Council and ULI North Texas.
