Kelly O’Neil is a seasoned executive and real estate investor with more than 30 years of experience spanning real estate and technology sectors. He currently serves as a Principal at Pegasus Investment Partners, a Dallas-based firm focused on self-storage, multi-family, and other real estate investment opportunities across the United States. In addition, he is a Partner at Key-Linx, a telecommunications venture holding the LMDS B-block license in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and President of Tridex Corporation, where he manages investments in a variety of ventures.

Previously, O’Neil served as President of OnAsset Intelligence, a global leader in airborne asset tracking, where he guided the company through early product delivery and enhanced financial reporting. His extensive telecommunications experience includes executive roles at AT&T and as President of CoServ Communications, where he led strategic sales and operational initiatives across multiple states.

A proud Texas Tech alumnus, O’Neil earned his BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business. He continues to support his alma mater as a member of the Rawls College Advisory Council. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Holland, a Texas Tech Law alumna and member of the Texas Tech University System Foundation Board.
