Kim Butler serves as Executive Vice President at HALL Group, where she leads the leasing efforts for HALL Park, a 2.2 million-square-foot, 15-building office campus in Frisco. She also played a central role in leasing KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District and contributes to the firm’s broader development team. With over 35 years of experience in Dallas commercial real estate, Kim is known for her strategic leadership and deep market insight.

Before joining HALL Group in 2010, Kim spent 27 years at Transwestern, where she held several executive roles and was consistently a top producer. She has received numerous industry accolades, including the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Outstanding Achievement Award, Transwestern’s Founder’s Award, and the prestigious Stemmons Service Award from the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Kim currently serves as Chair of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and is actively involved with NAIOP, NTCAR, CREW, the Dallas Arts District, and Downtown Dallas, Inc. She is a member of the Rawls College of Business Advisory Council and previously served on the associate board of SMU’s Cox School of Business.

A proud alumna of Texas Tech University, Kim holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is also engaged in philanthropic efforts through First United Methodist Church in Dallas.
