As Vice President of XM Operations at Ryan, LLC, Angela Perkins brings nearly three decades of experience leading teams, improving processes, and elevating client and team member experiences. Her work in tax services, quality assurance, and operational excellence has shaped a leadership style rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.   These same strengths guide her service on the Winters ISD Board of Trustees, where she supports students, strengthens governance, and helps advance opportunities for rural communities. Angela enjoys mentoring and sharing insights from her career to help students navigate professional pathways with confidence.   Now living in the country where she grew up, Angela and her family raise goats and remain engaged in the agricultural community. She values hard work, service, and connection—principles that guide both her professional contributions and community involvement. She is honored to serve on the Rawls Advisory Council and is dedicated to helping shape the next generation of business leaders.
