Isabell grew up in Heidelberg, Germany, as part of a military family, which instilled in her adaptability and a global outlook from an early age. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994 with a Marketing degree and began her career at Perot Systems, where she built a solid foundation in healthcare IT.

Currently, as VP of Client Success, Managed Services at Nordic Global, Isabell leads a portfolio of around 40 managed services accounts, helping healthcare organizations streamline operations and reduce costs. She’s known for her ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships, mentor emerging leaders, and drive operational excellence across her teams.

Isabell resides in Frisco, Texas, with her husband, Stephen, also a Texas Tech alum.  They have two children and their beloved goldendoodle. As sports enthusiasts, they spend a lot of time on the field cheering on their kids and enjoying games together. Whenever she can, she enjoys escaping to the mountains for some relaxation and adventure.
