Kyle Jacobs is the Managing Partner and Founder of Rubicon Representation and Rubicon Development, where he leads the firm's overall vision and directly oversees its development and principal acquisition operations. With extensive experience in tenant representation and commercial real estate development, Kyle has earned industry recognition for major projects, including the largest single-user healthcare development in Las Colinas, which won D CEO’s Medical Project of the Year. His track record also includes the sale of two build-to-suit projects and major lease negotiations, such as representing Charles Schwab in Dallas/Fort Worth transactions totaling 600,000 square feet. Prior to launching Rubicon, Kyle was Managing Director of Corporate Services at Stream Realty Partners, where he was the top producer. Earlier in his career, he worked at Staubach Capital Partners, focusing on single-tenant, net-leased acquisitions and managing the sale of CVS Pharmacy portfolios valued at over $1 billion. A magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, Kyle holds a BBA in Marketing with studies in finance and accounting. He played collegiate football at the College of William & Mary and now serves on the Texas Tech Advisory Council and the board of the Irving Specialist Surgery Center. Kyle lives in Dallas with his wife, Christina, and their three children. They are active in their community and enjoy outdoor activities together.
