Lisa is a seasoned board member and global business leader with over 35 years of cross-sector, international experience in public accounting and professional services. As a retired senior partner and business leader with EY, Lisa has a compelling executive track record of successfully leading global teams; solving complex technical matters; advising on global capital market and M&A transactions; deploying transformational strategies in recruiting, talent and global brand development; negotiating investments for technology and P&L management. With a unique combination of enterprise-wide experience in operational, performance improvement, financial management, human resources and corporate development, Lisa directly contributed to the transformation and growth of EY into $37B professional services firm that has been recognized on Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list 22 years in a row.

Lisa offers calm and pragmatic thinking grounded in working with corporate boards, private equity sponsors and creditor groups and is known for solving complex organizational and operational problems leveraging excellent communication skills. As a past recipient of Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business, Lisa is also a strong and visible advocate for building inclusive work environments and recognized for her Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. She is well-positioned to immediately contribute in advisory and board oversight roles and engage board colleagues and senior management with unflappable courage, integrity and clarity of insight.

During her career with EY, Lisa held various business leadership and client serving roles including serving Fortune 500 corporations in a number of industries. Most recently, serving as the Global Client Service Partner on Cardinal Health, a $136 billion Fortune 14 company, as well as, the US lead partner for RELX plc (dba LexisNexis) and Engagement Quality Review Partner for AON, plc. Other clients served include: The United States Postal Service, AmerisourceBergen Corporation, Ametek, Inc., CSL Behring, Martek Biosciences, United Therapeutics, MEDecision, Inc. and International SOS to name a few.

While at EY, Lisa served three years as a member of the Americas Advisory Council to the Americas Executive Board for EY and as EY Americas Director of Recruiting for five years leading recruitment efforts in the US, Canada and 13 Latin countries. She also was appointed partner in EY's Global Capital Markets group working in more than 10 countries serving as an advisor to foreign corporations seeking access to the US capital markets and was a member of EY's national office Professional Practice Group based in New York advising EY leaders on the most challenging technical accounting matters. Lisa has been a long-time advocate and sponsor of EY's DEI initiatives including serving as a member of the Mid-Atlantic Area Gender Steering Committee. In bringing of these vast array of technical and people skills to her clients, Lisa differentiates herself from others.

Lisa serves as the VP and Board of Trustees for the Columbus Museum of Art, Treasurer and Board of Trustees of the Columbus School for Girls, Finance Chair and Board of Directors for the FringeArts in Philadelphia and the Dallas Black Dance Theatre.

Lisa graduated from Texas Tech University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, Cum Laude. In 1995, Lisa received the Texas Tech University Beta Alpha Psi Distinguished Alumnae Award and was named the Distinguished Accounting Alumna for the Rawls College of Business in 2002. From 2004 to 2013, Lisa served on the Rawls College of Business Advisory Council.

Lisa and her husband, Stuart, make their home in Bexley, Ohio.
