Ryan Harden is the President and Founder of RightQuest, a Texas-based real estate development firm focused on delivering high-quality multifamily communities throughout the state. Since founding RightQuest in 2008, Ryan has led the development of numerous successful projects, including Eleven West and The Flats at ShadowGlen, emphasizing community-focused design and long-term value creation. Prior to establishing RightQuest, Ryan held senior development roles at firms such as Ojala Holdings, Frontier Multifamily, Icon Partners, and The PNL Companies, where he specialized in acquisitions, asset management, and development of multifamily assets. His professional expertise spans all facets of real estate development, including site selection, entitlement, capital sourcing, financial analysis, and public-private partnerships. Ryan earned both his BBA in Finance (with a concentration in Real Estate and Economics) and his MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license and is actively involved in advisory roles at the Rawls College of Business, including serving on the Center for Real Estate Advisory Council and Curriculum Committee. Through these roles, Ryan continues to support the next generation of real estate leaders.
