Jagdip Singh is the AT&T Professor at the Weatherhead School of ManagemJagdip is a professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. His research focuses on designing, managing, and sustaining strong customer connections at the frontlines of organizations. He is co-founder of the interdisciplinary Organizational Frontlines Research (OFR) initiative, which convenes an annual symposium with the American Marketing Association.

He has received Case Western Reserve University’s highest honors for teaching and mentorship, including the John S. Diekhoff Award for Excellence in Graduate Teaching and the Excellence in Doctoral Teaching and Mentoring Award (2007 and 2017). His research has earned the Weatherhead School’s Research Recognition Award (1997 and 2018), the University’s Faculty Distinguished Research Award (2019), and the American Marketing Association’s SIG-Sales Lifetime Achievement Award (2019). He also received the entrepreneurship field’s IDEA Thought Leader and 2023 Foundational Paper award for his contribution to the Academy of Management Review.

Jagdip’s 2020 article for the Journal of Marketing was judged as the finalist for the Shelby D. Hunt/Harold H. Maynard award for significant contributions to marketing theory.
