Scott Sureddin
2025 Jerry S. Rawls Business Excellence Award
Scott has more than three decades of leadership in contract logistics, having served as CEO for DHL Supply Chain North America, a $6.4 billion revenue operation within the United States and Canada. The region includes 58,000 associates and 166 million sq. ft. across 540 facilities with a fleet of 1,400 vehicles.
He joined DHL Supply Chain (then known as Exel) in 2002 and held several leadership positions, including president of Consumer and Life Sciences & Healthcare and chief operating officer for DHL Supply Chains Americas region. Prior to joining DHL, Scott spent 14 years at U.S. Foodservice (previously Alliant Foodservice and Kraft Foodservice). He began his career in the management training program and held various leadership positions, including vice president of operations for the Southwest region.
Scott earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Tech University. He retired from DHL in 2024 and now sits on the board of Buffalo Framing and Truss. He and his wife reside in Flower Mound, TX, and the couple has two adult children, Bailie (also a Texas Tech graduate) and Tyler. Outside of his professional life, Scott enjoys hunting, golfing, pickleball, and wake surfing.
