Riley is an operations transformation consultant at Deloitte in Houston, Texas, specializing in large-scale business transformations within the Energy and Chemicals sector. Drawing from her substantial experience in the oil and gas industry, Riley provides valuable insights and strategic guidance to Deloitte's clients. Her expertise encompasses large-scale business transformations, organization transformation and design, and operating model transformations.

Prior to her role at Deloitte, Riley was a landman at Apache Corporation, where she managed the Apache-owned mineral assets in the Permian Basin throughout Texas and New Mexico. Her involvement in Apache's Women's and Young Professional networks demonstrates her dedication to professional growth and networking.

Riley earned her energy commerce degree with a minor in communications in 2017. During her time at Rawls, she made intentional contributions to the academic community. As the Career Management Center's Student Business Council president, she facilitated seamless connections between students and recruiters, bridging the gap between talent and industry. Additionally, Riley represented Rawls College as a Student Government Association Senator and served as the Freshman Council Advisor, showcasing her leadership and commitment to student engagement.

Beyond her professional involvement, Riley participates in her community and church activities. She enjoys exploring diverse cultures through culinary experiences, hosting gatherings for her friends and family, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Riley is a proud inaugural member of the Rawls Recent Alumni Board. She is passionate about making a continued impact on current students and future alumni of the school. Her commitment to giving back reflects her passion for fostering the growth and development of future business leaders.
