International Students

International students should check with the International Affairs Office regarding the International Teaching Assistant (ITA) workshop. The ITA workshop is conducted each summer to assess and improve the language skills of prospective international teaching assistants. At the conclusion of the workshop, students will take a test containing three parts: testing your proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing English. A low score on the test may require the student to enroll in a follow-up ESL course.
