Town Hall

Doctoral students, staff and faculty were recognized for academic achievements and outstanding contributions to the Rawls College community.

As the Texas Tech University campus remains closed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business continues to innovate and adapt during these "virtual" times. On May 6, the college hosted its first-ever virtual town hall and awards ceremony in celebration of the leadership, innovation, and academic and professional excellence displayed by doctoral students, staff and faculty during the 2019-20 academic year.

Rawls College Dean Margaret L. Williams began the virtual ceremony by thanking the entire Rawls College community for their dedicated service, especially throughout the challenges of the spring semester.

"I am filled with pride, gratitude, humility and hope for all that you have done and all that you continue to do throughout these difficult times," said Williams.
