Christy Bussey has 35+ years of experience in community banking and is the Chief Risk Officer for Integrity Bank SSB in Houston, Texas. From 2020 through 2024, she served as the director of solutions and strategies for the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. Previously, she served as executive vice president and chief credit officer for a 2.5B community bank in east Texas.

In addition, Mrs. Bussey has also been a compliance officer, a lender and has also led loan and credit operations throughout her years in the industry. Christy previously served as IBAT Leadership Division chair, as well as Leadership Division president and PAC chair of region 5 in East Texas. Bussey has volunteered with many local agencies in her community. She earned a BBA degree from the University of Texas–Tyler and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
