Bret Bolin joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016. Mr. Bolin is currently a member of the private equity Foundation team and serves as a member of Vista's Private Equity Management Committee, the firm's governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista's private equity platform. He currently sits on the boards of ARCOS, Four Winds Interactive, Granicus, LogicMonitor, Naviga and Tomia. He was also actively involved in the firm's investments in Advanced, Allocate, PeopleAdmin, RDC, Trintech and Wrike. Mr. Bolin is an active board observer for Assent and Menlo Security.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Bolin was on the boards of Unit 4, KMD and eFront. Prior to this, he was the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Misys (now Finastra) from 2012 to 2014, a Vista company, which is a leading provider of banking, capital markets, investment management and risk solutions to financial institutions around the world, based in London. Under his leadership, Misys successfully consolidated the operations of Turaz (formerly Thomson Reuters Treasury and Risk Management Division) and commenced a strong path to industry leading growth and profitability.

Prior to Misys, Mr. Bolin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of P2 Energy Solutions (formerly a Vista company), a provider of upstream oil and gas software and data solutions, Chief Financial Officer of Ventyx (formerly a Vista company), a leading business solution provider to the energy, utilities and telecommunications sectors, and Chief Financial Officer of SourceNet Solutions (formerly a Vista company), a provider of comprehensive business process outsourcing solutions for finance and accounting operations.
