Kelly O'Neil

Principal | Pegasus Investment Partners | Dallas, TX

Kelly O'Neil has spent over 30 years in real estate and technology businesses, ranging from large-scale enterprises to start-ups.  During this time, Kelly's focus has been on driving revenue and enterprise value for the businesses he has been involved with.

Kelly is currently a principal in Pegasus Investment Partners, a Dallas-based self-storage and multi-family real estate investment firm.  He is also a partner in KeyLinx, which holds the LMDS B license in the Dallas-Fort Worth BTA.  KeyLinx has provided service in the 31 GHz bandwidth to service providers seeking to improve their fixed wireless offerings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Prior to his increased involvement in KeyLinx and Pegasus, Kelly was the president of OnAsset Intelligence, an IoT provider of tracking services (both through a worldwide-enabled 3G device and accompanying SaaS service).  Kelly's involvement at OAI helped guide the company through its initial product delivery phase and improving its overall financial reporting structure.

Kelly's involvement in telecommunications senior leadership began in 1999 when he became the President of CoServ Communications, which was a for-profit subsidiary of CoServ Electric.  After leaving CoServ, Kelly spent ten years at SBC/AT&T in various sales and operational leadership positions.  Earlier experience with Liberty Media Corporation in regional sports television and at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) rounds out a diverse background with deal-making and enterprise value creation experience.

Kelly is a graduate of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University (BBA Finance, 1988) and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Holland (JD, Texas Tech Law School, 1987 and a current member of the Texas Tech University System Foundation Board) and has two grown children.
