Kimberly Neff is a Partner/Principal at EY with over 20 years of banking and financial services consulting experience.   She coordinates EY professional services for global and regional banks, mortgage and insurance companies.  Kim focuses on helping clients with their most strategic and complex business/technology transformation initiatives that provide benefits including increased revenue, operational efficiency, improved processes and controls, innovation, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction.  In 2017, she was named as a “Power Player in Housing” for her contributions across the mortgage industry to help banks overcome regulatory violations and create better controlled, sustainable operations.

Prior to joining EY in 2006, Kim worked at JPMorgan Chase in securities operations and corporate trust (2000-2005), and branch operations for a regional bank while in college.  She earned her BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech in 2000, and her MBA from Notre Dame in 2006.  

Kim lives in Plano with her husband Mike, daughter Kaitlyn, two sons, Kasey and Ryan.  The children attend Prince of Peace Catholic School where they are also active in the church community.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys cheering the kids on in their various sports, traveling especially to the mountains for skiing and hiking, and of course, watching Texas Tech sports.
