Mark Fewin is the President of Guidon Real Estate Project Solutions, LLC, where he leads a firm specializing in real estate project management and strategic development services. With over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Mark is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, creating value-driven solutions, and delivering complex projects across global markets. Before founding Guidon in 2018, Mark served in senior executive roles at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, including Executive Managing Director and Global Leader of Project Management. In these roles, he was responsible for managing more than 3,500 professionals across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions, driving operational excellence and client-focused results. Mark began his career after serving in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant with the 1st Cavalry Division, where he was a Combat Engineer and Airborne Ranger. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University’s Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering. A passionate Red Raider, Mark has been deeply involved in Texas Tech initiatives, including serving on the Board of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. He played a key leadership role as project manager for the south end zone and the Womble Football Center at Jones AT&T Stadium—an initiative led and delivered by a team of Texas Tech alumni.
